Requirements
- 48 Fishing (required for leaping trout at Otto's Grotto)
- A barbarian rod in your inventory or equipped
- Bait or feathers in your inventory
- Located at the Barbarian Outpost fishing spots (Otto's Grotto)
Setup
- Bring a barbarian rod and feathers or bait to the Otto's Grotto fishing spots.
- Configure whether to 3-tick or use regular fishing via the Don't 3T setting.
- Enable the plugin while standing at a fishing spot.
Configuration

Tips & Tricks
- 3-tick fishing is considerably faster than regular barbarian fishing but places higher demands on plugin timing accuracy.
- If you experience missed catches or erratic behaviour, try enabling Don't 3T mode for a more stable session.
- Barbarian fishing passively grants Agility and Strength XP alongside Fishing XP — one of the best all-round training methods.
