Requirements
- POH with the relevant furniture hotspot available (e.g. Kitchen for oak larders, Dining Room for mahogany tables)
- A servant hired — the Demon Butler is recommended for maximum efficiency
- Planks (oak or mahogany) stocked in your bank
Setup
- Make sure you have the correct hotspot available in your POH (e.g. Dining Room for tables).
- Hire a servant — the Demon Butler is recommended for speed.
- Have planks in your bank.
- Configure Mode and Fetch Plank Mode in the plugin settings.
- Enter your POH and enable the plugin while standing near the furniture hotspot.
Configuration

| Stop Condition Level | int (1–100) | 100 | The plugin stops automatically when your Construction level reaches this value. Set to 100 to run indefinitely. |
| Debug Log | boolean | false | Prints verbose debug output to the console/client log. Enable only when troubleshooting — it is noisy during normal use. |
Tips & Tricks
- Oak Larders give the best XP/GP ratio at lower Construction levels.
- Mahogany Tables are the fastest XP from level 52+ if cost is not a concern.
- The Demon Butler can fetch 26 planks per trip, maximising time spent building over waiting.
- Keep a few extra coins in your inventory for butler payment — the plugin cannot handle an unpaid servant.
